Refunds and shipping

Refund and cancellation:

  • If you happen to receive a damaged product, we will either refund the money or replace the product, depending on your preference. You can raise a returns and replacement query by sending an email to on the day of delivery. Be sure to attach an image of the item received so we can evaluate its condition.

  • Products acknowledged as damaged will be reverse picked by us. Once we receive the item at our faculty we will verify its condition and initiate the process of refund/replacement accordingly.


  • Our delivery partners will bring the package to you as early as possible. In case, they are unable to reach the provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
  • We dispatch most orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • There are no shipping charges for PRE PAID orders & the orders equal and above the billing value of INR 799. However, if your order is less than INR 799, there will be a shipping charge of INR 60.



Any cancellations can be processed within 3 hours of placing the orders, by writing to us at . Refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-10 working days.
